The whole idea for Eat. Feel. Live. Love. (EFLL) blossomed when Shawn and I were hanging out in Vail, Colorado one morning back in May.
We were sipping on some decaf coffees in a coffee shop called Yeti’s Grind (still one of my favourite coffee shops to this day) and chatting about food, health, fitness, body acceptance, and our life passions – like we usually do and then we both came to the conclusion…
We want to be helping even more people than we already are.
Both Shawn and I have our own businesses and offer nutrition services to clients across the globe, but we both want more. We want to help more, heal more, and make more of a difference in the world than we already are today. So, we decided to develop an online program as a way to reach out to more people. Eat. Feel. Live. Love. was born.
After months and months of hard work, we now have a 28 day online program for you that focuses on four different components that we refer to as “the 4 pillars of health”. These four pillars are: eat, feel, live, and love. The reason that we focus on these four particular pillars is because both Shawn and I recovered from our own illnesses and got to the point of health we gratefully enjoy today by focusing on these four pillars throughout our own personal healing journeys.
Throughout the program we focus on eating real foods, implementing nutritional strategies to heal you from the inside out (think hormonal issues, digestive issues, etc.), empowering you to make positive lifestyle changes, and cultivating a deeper, more loving connection with your body.
There are a lot of programs out there, but Eat. Feel. Live. Love. is unique as it is the only program out there (to our knowledge) that focuses on all four pillars of health to help you gain health and happiness. That is our goal with this program, to help you reach your optimal health and ultimate happiness.
Enrollment for EFLL opened this week for the group beginning on November 2nd. We would love to have you join us on this journey as we’re with you along the way, too! You’ll get daily emails from us as well as daily challenges, meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes.
