Today’s podcast covers a very common subject, one that I deal with daily, in fact. In my private practice, the majority of the women I begin working with are not eating enough, but don’t even realize it!
With a few small changes to their diet (i.e. adding more food!), they feel so much better and most of their health complaints go away, sometimes all of them!
