  1. Hi Meg, I’m just starting episode #15 (so addicted to this podcast, I feel like I know you both already!). My goal was to start at the beginning and work my way to the present day but it seems like you both have changed your views a little (i.e. more keto now, which I am super interested in, just haven’t made the full keto leap yet). Would you recommend continuing on my podcast listening journey or should I jump ahead? Thanks!

    • Hey girl! To learn more about the high fat approach, definitely tune in to the more recent episodes, but all episodes are great, however, as we learn more and more with time – we do talk more about how fat has healed us in recent episodes 🙂
